TERMS OF SALES

ARTICLE 1 - CUSTOMER
​
The person making the online purchase on the site www.unjouruneillustration.com declares to be of age in the legal sense of the country in which he resides, and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the Site. When registering his personal data and during the validation of the order or the creation of his account, the latter must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data he provides. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the gallery Un jour une illustration cannot be held responsible for the possible non-delivery of the product.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE

2.1 The prices indicated in euros are inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are indicated when the customer places his order and before he proceeds to the payment. Collection at the gallery is free.

2.2 In the event of a request for delivery abroad, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the Gallery and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDER
​
3.1 Any order automatically implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale. These cannot be modified by contrary additions by the customer on the order forms, regardless of when they may have been brought to the attention of the Gallery.

3.2 The validation of any online order supposes the acceptance, by the Internet user, of all the general conditions, who recognizes by the same fact to have read them fully. This acceptance will consist in the fact, for the Internet user, to tick the box corresponding to the following sentence: "I have read the general conditions of sale and I adhere to them without reservation". This fact of ticking the box will be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature on the part of the Internet user.

3.3 The customer will have the opportunity, before definitively confirming his order, to check the details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein. The Gallery undertakes to send the customer an e-mail confirming all the elements of the order, before it is dispatched. The customer is therefore required to provide a valid e-mail address when registering.

3.4 By sending the electronic order form, the customer places a firm and definitive order. Any modification must be the subject of a new order from the customer.

3.5 The Gallery cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of an order in the event of force majeure or an external cause. If, in the execution of the obligations incumbent upon it, the responsibility of La Galerie is engaged, the customer may only claim damages which may not exceed the total amount paid by the customer in payment of the order in question.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
​
4.1 The payment of the order placed at La Galerie is made by credit card or Paypal. The payment cards accepted are CB, MasterCard and Visa. The data recorded by the Paypal payment system and/or the payment service provided by Stripe constitute proof of financial transactions.

4.2 Payment is secured by the SSL protocol.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
​
5.1 Products ordered are shipped within 24-48 hours depending on available stocks.
Any delays do not give the customer the right to cancel the order, refuse it or claim damages.

5.2 The Gallery cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or the non-delivery of the package due to a concern from La Poste.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPLIANCE
​
6.1 The Gallery undertakes to refund or exchange products that do not correspond to the order. The request must be made within 7 working days of delivery by e-mail to: joanna@unjouruneillustration.com. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. The products must be returned to La Galerie in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, within 7 working days of the sending of this e-mail.

6.3 The shipping costs will be reimbursed, on the basis of the invoiced price, as well as the return costs paid, if the return is justified by a quality defect or non-compliance with the order.

6.4 The works are sold as represented on the site www.unjouruneillustration.com. The Gallery cannot be held responsible for the slight differences that may exist between the image displayed on the site and the reality of the product.

As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is sanctioned under Intellectual Property unless prior authorization is given by Galerie Un jour une illustration. Any total or partial reproduction of the catalog is strictly prohibited.

Galerie Un jour une illustration agrees not to disclose to third parties the information you provide. These are confidential. They will only be used by its internal services for the processing of your order and only to reinforce and personalize the communication and the cultural and product offer reserved for customers of La Galerie Un jour une illustration, in particular by the newsletters to which you you will be subscribed, as well as within the framework of the personalization of the site according to your centers of interest.
